Become Epson Partner


Becoming an Epson Partner means gaining access to tools, resources, and services dedicated to the Epson ecosystem.

Through access to the Epson Partner Portal, Partners, Software Houses, and System Integrators can also request activation of the exclusive services and content available on the Scontrino Smart portal, dedicated to Epson Fiscal Printer solutions for the Italian market.

How to Register

To request access to Epson Partner services and obtain authorization for the Scontrino Smart partner area, you must:

  1. Register your company
    Access the portal at: https://portal.epson.eu/ and complete the registration process.

  2. Complete the registration request correctly
    During registration, the name of your Epson contact must be entered in the "Epson Contact Reference" field. If you do not know your Epson contact, you may enter "Italy-BS".
    This information will allow the Epson team to correctly identify the request and start the verification process required for account activation.

  3. Verification and approval
    After completing registration, the Epson team will verify the information provided and carry out the necessary validation activities. Once the verification process has been completed and approval granted, the Partner account will be activated and made operational.

  4. Scontrino Smart activation
    After the Partner account has been activated, the necessary checks will be performed to grant access to the restricted services available on the Scontrino Smart portal, including content and tools dedicated to Epson Fiscal Printers.

Note: Registration does not automatically grant access to restricted services. Access will be provided only after verification and approval by Epson Italia.
